net carbs 110, which is great. Good fats and sugars are from fruit. so there.

I'm definately retaining some fluids, I can feel it in my upper abdomen. come on heart - work better.
178.6 lb Lost so far: 19.3 lb.    Still to go: 51.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
