May be strawberries and sweeteners have responsibility for my gaining of 0.500 kg :( Today will be clear day. I'll increase the protein and decrease the carbohydrates.
136.7 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
