So tomorrow is day 7 of me trying to get this back under control and the scale is looking kindly upon me. I did not get my walk in yesterday afternoon,....thunderstorm rolled in. So today I will do some 10 minute walks through the day (or try to) since it is supposed to storm again.

I know that the weekends are the toughest for me and that is because I am with the DH and as much as he respects me trying not to eat carbs he does not understand it and so does not really support it. Hence the orange dream that he bought last weekend without thinking about the amount of carbs. I guess he figures that I should have the will power to just so no, but when he says "I got you something" it kind of makes it difficult.

Oh well...one day at a time. Thank you scales for looking kindly upon me. I really was not sure since I had the white wine steamed clams....I have to admit it was hard not to have a glass of wine because that is part of the fun of cooking with wine. I am proud of myself for that.

I did not get up and do the elliptical this morning though...it is just so hard to get up at 4:30am and since the girls work night shift it makes it hard to do unless they are both up in the afternoon and that is not always easy. However, I did play billiards for an hour lastnight and that is pretty good exercise.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
