Ok I spent the Newyear's weekend in bed with the flu, 10 days later i had recovered from it, 3 days after that I got a cold- another couple of days in bed, then that left me with a dry cough which I've just managed to get rid of. I came back from a week in Spain last Monday, weighed my self on Tuesday, I'd put on 4lbs, now back to my normal weight thank goodness.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Thanks for this- I weighed myself again this morning and the needle on the scale was the right side of the 7lb mark.... hope you're doing ok.
