17km walk on two consecutive days paid off,,,So so happy
159.4 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I had to look it up to see what that is in miles. Over 10 miles! That's great and hard to do. I try to do it once a week, but sometimes start out with good intentions and get tired fast. Usually walk about 4 miles. Did walk a long way today. Took 5 hours and I'm assuming it was 13-14 miles. Couldn't do it two days in a row. Congratulations!

Actually my birthday is approaching and I am trying to get my 6 pack abs back,,,So trying hard....And u r so good

2nd day - I only walked 5 miles which is about what I normally do. I try once a week at least to walk 10 miles.
