So last night I was really craving ice cream. It had warmed up outside, and I know I'm starting a new diet Sunday. For six weeks my goal is to follow this six-week plan as closely as possible, and that means no ice cream. Surely I can live without ice cream for six weeks? Anyway, I guess I wanted a good binge, so we ended up having dinner at Braums. I had a small 1/6 lb cheeseburger, and I ate about half the fries, then I had a large frozen yogurt in a cone. Normally I don't get the cone, but Ron's stomach was bothering him & he wanted to get home. (This seems to be a side effect of his stomach surgery, which is disturbing.) Anyway, I had planned to run on my treadmill, but oddly enough I had no energy - hm, lesson learned!

Despite last night's ice cream binge & no exercise, I'm still down a half lb - weird!
146.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
