Alright ... I said I wouldn't record gains but it's time I become accountable to myself... I know I had a long weekend but tired of fighting to hit that weight before I log. Now I can fight to beat this. Still have till the 10th to hit 171... At this rate I won't buy maybe my body will be ready by next weigh in...
