Today I woke thinking I had a gain... good news, it wasn’t 👍

Still feeling a little bloated from the red moon cycle 🤷‍♀️ but it must be just a little water weight or gassy belly making me feel heavier.

Question:
Does anyone take ketone supplements? Or use keto coffee bomb?

I did use ketones and keto bomb coffee powder my first attempt at ketogenic woe. Well I did lose quite a bit in a short period of time. Contemplating using them again... but I didn’t want the fake sugar in the keto bomb anymore so I didn’t buy it when I ran out... 🤷‍♀️
143.0 lb Lost so far: 24.7 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
