Today marks one year since I got serious about what I can eat/not eat and lost 34 pounds in the process. I've gained 5 back in last month. No worries-I got a fix for that.
125.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love that you have a plan...that is the magic-nothing haphazard, brain turned on. You gotta fix for it : )
