WEIGHED MYSELF AGAIN THIS AFTERNOON RIGHT BEFORE I BROKE MY FAST. LOST 2LBS. I WILL TAKE IT.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 64.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
