yesterday was gym day. always inspirational to see other people showing love to their own bodies. i Guarentee you wont get judged in the gym. you have earned respect just by showing up.
192.9 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
