I let myself go with a Burger King Whopper Jr. meal, Oreo cheese cake and three large slices of veggie pizza. That's it for the weekend. I needed to get that out and get back on track. Insanity is the excercise routine for the next 8 weeks. Less modifying, more cardio. Mentally I'm good, internally I felt like eating what I wanted. No excuses, just realistic.
129.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
