Day 3... (morning)
so this keto WOE has been much easier to get back into!!

During the last six weeks I knew I didn’t want to be eating all those carbs and meals were delicious but I have learned that my body responds much better to keto.

Skin is improving daily. Pants feel looser... mood and energy levels have been much higher!!!

The numbers on the scale are slowly ticking down too!!
145.6 lb Lost so far: 22.1 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
