Eating too much fruit, drinking too much wine and coffee. Not sleeping well. Barely sleeping at all at night and in a fog all afternoon. I'm OK in the morning and again at night, but from noon until five, I'm a zombie.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Wish I had a tip to cure that afternoon draggy feeling. Hopefully some experimentation will solve this puzzle soon. I've been down that road with the wine and coffee. Odd feeling. Keep on keepin' on Kiddo!
