Getting off to another start. Been through a lot, including an accident that has kept me from getting the exercise I need. Hope to make a great new beginning. Not so great with the starches today. But tomorrow - it's on.

Thanks. It's been a hard long road. And yes, poor choices were made, I own that. Hope to be able to keep up with a little input from others treading the same worn path. Have a great day.
