Back to my normal Tuesday weigh-in. I have been sick for weeks. Just now starting to feel better. Weight has been low due to stress and being sick. Now I'll let it creep up a little closer to my goal. I am hoping to have a couple nice dinners out in the next few weeks so I think I'll try to hold steady at no more than 123 lbs. That way I have a 2 pound 'buffer' if I want to splurge a bit on special occasions.

I found that noting milestones to myself was helpful during the weigh loss process. I kind of miss it. So I think I will start to note my progress each month that I manage to stay at my goal or below. I hit my goal at the end of October 2017 and I have managed to stay at goal or below since that time. I made it through the holidays so if I can maintain until the end of January, I will have kept the weight off for 3 months!

This probably sounds like kind of a stupid celebration, but I have NEVER maintained a healthy weight. Ever. The humiliation of gaining it all back (and more) has always been part of the journey...
121.1 lb Lost so far: 75.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Very good! I think that maintaining certainly deserves milestone rewards. Now they can be about time at target rather than pounds lost. You are doing great!
