Doing quite well with my diet but weight is still going up. Actually, looking at my daily weigh ins it is hovering, but as luck would have it the trend shown on my Friday weigh ins is up!
237.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
