Frustrating! I've been doing reasonably well on calories, AND I'm still tracking everyday, but the weight is NOT BUDGING, grrr! In fact, it's gone up a bit since the last weigh-in.<sad face> Still not exercising as much as I was, and baby, it's cold outside today so probably no walking on my break. Plus, (don't know how smart this was)I've signed up for an evening class in graphic arts design, which meets tonight so probably no exercise today either. So I'm just looking really hard at the calories today, gonna try to get below 1500, maybe even 1300 today. Tomorrow will be even colder, but I should be able to hit one of my cardio machines tomorrow night. I know I'm not the only one on FS whose weight loss has stalled, I just need to not feel sorry for myself. Bite the bullet so to speak, and keep on keepin' on (cue Gladys Knight). Or in my case, just HANG ON!
146.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
