I would love to think that I could reward myself with a bit of chocolate but I don't want to sabotage my success and Atkins is fairly strict about sugar. I doubled up my water (still not at 8 glasses a day) but wow it really helped!
207.5 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 47.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
