Loosing my oomph here. I think my first few days of miraculous weight loss was just water weight. starting to struggle. ALOT
163.8 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 11 January 2018:
1325 kcal Fat: 62.75g | Prot: 47.01g | Carb: 141.23g.   Breakfast: Clover Full Cream Fresh Milk, Sugar, Bokomo Weet-Bix. Lunch: Mayonnaise, SPAR Cheese Grillers, Egg (Whole), Bakers Provita Crackerbread Rye Toast. Dinner: Woolworths Fresh Macaroni Cheese with Bacon, Mayonnaise, All Gold Tomato Sauce, Weigh-Less Wholewheat Wraps, I&J Crumbed Chicken Burger. Snacks/Other: Grapes, Coffee with Milk and Sugar. more...
gaining 1.5 lb a week

I also googled something.... a week before you 'red light time' you can gain up to 4 kg's in water weight....so now my time is finished again and I'm losing again. so girls don't get discouraged like i did. its natural.
