fat 20.7 . muscle 36.3. my scales measure fat and muscle so i think important to record these as weight is a bit crude. at my best i had muscle of 44.0 (i have reached 72 kg a few years ago)
202.2 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 43.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
