It really sucks to have to weigh in on Monday, but oh well, guess I do what I got to do! I am not happy about the gain, but it could have been worse!!! Didn't do good yesterday at the Superbowl party we went too, but oh well, it is Monday and I am back on track...I am going to lose those 2 lbs I gained...plus!!!! I did get in 30 minutes of cardio yesterday which was a good thing, but I guess it wasn't enough. Oh well like I said it is Monday and I am back on track. Have volleyball tonight and going to try to get in some cardio after that...we will see though.

At the party we were at yesterday I got so many GREAT compliments and that made me feel great...I am so excited to be doing so well and it defiantly makes me want to push for more! It was also great to be able to go though clothes and get ride of a bunch due to being way too big and then even better go be able to fit perfectly into the ones that were way too small last year! I can't wait for summer to be able to show off! :-)

Meals for the day...Kind of going to do a few days of detox to try to get back on the downward slope again!
Breakfast ~ Light & Fit Raspberry Yogurt
snack ~ fruit smoothie
Lunch ~ Lentil soup
snack ~ carrots & celery
Dinner ~ salad w/ fat free dressing

See, you are doing great!! People are noticing all the hard work and effort that you have been putting into it. Keep up the awesome job. Like you said, no need to get upset over the 2 lbs - you'll probably have that gone before the end of the week.

You saw my journal today...we both indulged this weekend. That's ok...you have to every once in a while or you'll go crazy. I definitely think you're going to be back on track this week and we'll both lose these pesky pounds. Great work!!

I agree with you! It's hard to get on the scale come Monday. Maybe Friday would be better? lol! The weekends are hard when everyone else wants to eat badly and we have to be good. BUT.. there's a pay off in the end. Just wish my DH would hop on board. I saw your weight history and you're doing fine!! Keep it up!

Those 2 lbs will melt right back off, you will see. The important thing is that you are back on track (and looking good, as others noticed). I used to weigh on Mondays, but I too realized it was a bad day. Now I weigh on Saturdays. For me, I know I am at my best during the week and weighing in on Saturdays makes me feel good. If I have lost a couple of lbs, it keeps me going through the weekend. Weekends are hard for me cuz my family likes going out. I pick things on the menu now that help me keep my food count down, which helps, even if I have gone off track a little. But now, becuse you have done so well you have inspired me to restart the diet and stay on it. I was on the FS Exreme in the past, not the FS, but I started it today and I will stick to it. Thanks for your support and all the other FS dieters too. You are all great.

2 lbs will come off of you so fast! It's so nice you get compliments, really makes you feel great! I like complementing people for anything - eyes, an outfit, whatever. Because I know I'D want to me told I looked nice! Good job!
