This morning's weight - a new low 😀😀😀
132.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 0.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Reading your journal entries is very motivating. I did great in 2017 and have been really frustrated that the last 10lbs are coming off so slowly. I exercise almost every day, and eat well, so it will come off, even if it's not as fast as I would like. Reading your entries was quite reassuring. I didn't get fat overnight and it won't come off overnight. Thank you.

Congratulations! I’ve just joined this week after having my second baby a few months ago. I have put on 3 and a half stone (since my first) and I’m really struggling to get back in any of my clothes. I’ve gone from a size 10-12 to a 16. Your post is so motivating. It’s great to hear how others have overcome!

Awesome and congrats Miss Heidi!!! Yes to all of you those last pounds toward goal seem to take forever. Also maintaining your loss takes work, it takes thinking and following a life plan every day. Sure a few laxer days here and there and then adjust. If you don't that weight will be back.

Thanks for all your nice comments. I definitely wouldn't be here without the support, and am very happy to hear that my journals are motivating some of you 😀 I have reset my goal weight a few times, never been quite sure where I wanted to end up. But now I think this is a good weight for me to be. And yes it's been hard work, but actually quite fun as well, and still is both of those things! 😀😀😀
