My friend is much better. She seldom drinks, but she has cirrhosis of the liver, probably from hepatitis, which came from a blood transfusion in the 1980. There were a few other things that contributed to pain and problems, but that was what affected brain function.

Today, I had leftovers from yesterday, and plan to have eggs later. I really like eggs, but sometimes I forget to cook them when stress happens.

I was able to weigh myself this morning. Even though I was wearing a belt and extra clothing, my weight was down from last Thursday. Why is such a round person wearing a belt? Like many who carry so much extra fat, most of my pants have elastic waist bands. Last week, I needed to hit the facilities rather quickly, and tried to drop my pants. They seemed a little resistant, but I got them over my hips. Sheepishly, I realized that I was wearing blue jeans and had forgotten to unzip them. Today, I started wearing a belt.

VICTORY! I need a belt now!
241.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 91.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
