Ok!!! It's a new week and OPERATION BUY A NEW TREADMILL was a success this weekend!!! So, I kind of slacked off this weekend (cleaned and organized the house but ate whatever I wanted) and this week the work begins! Got up at 5:30 and walked my mile on the treadmill!!!! Small hand weights and exercise ball tonight!!!! I'm excited !!!!!
138.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
