i have no idea why my weight jumped so much higher...i hate this. i know it's salt or not enough water....can't wait to be out of the 250s and I'm moving the wrong direction :(
258.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
