Well, sort of saw this coming...My intake during the weekend might've hindered my real weight loss. Anyway, I'm happy with how my body is changing and how I'm reacting to temptations. I'm growing more each day, and developing a liking to eating healthy. I will try my best to adhere to the program this week...seriously. I must move faster towards my goal weight, and fully commit to this. Hopefully on the next weight in, we'll see the outcome.

Hi JC, I see you had a weight loss, good for you. You have the right attitude, just get right back at it and stay focused. I know falling off any program gives you a set back, we all seem to go there even though we want to achieve our goals. It may not be as much of a loss as you wanted but the scale is headed in the right direction. Have a great day!
