All good starting to get the grove of things. Getting some excellent food ideas from members on the FS. Going to get a new scale as I am not really happy with the one I have. My last was from Big W I think and it was brilliant. Will check Kmart, Big W, Good Guys, Harveys usual suspects see what I can get for $50.
315.0 lb Lost so far: 24.7 lb.    Still to go: 123.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
