Just as I suspected, but tomorrow is a new day. A while back I couldn't keep my pants up without a belt-- now, although I haven't tried on the same pants, I suspect it is no longer true. Also, my neck fat appeared to be going down, and now it appears that its gone back up. So I'm not nearly as disappointed with the number as I am with those two things-- especially the latter. I feel a lot of sadness and anxiety about my weight and my relationship to food lately. Sometimes I think about giving up and how I would still be fat but maybe I would feel slightly less tortured about it. I won't, though. I think I'll go eat a nice healthy breakfast, and feel better for the moment.

204.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 74.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

No worries my yellow teammate! Just look forward and focus on the future - you can and will be successful! Your weight fluctuations are normal - and really it was ever so slight. Focus on your success thus far and hope you had a healthy breakfast and have plans for a healthy lunch and dinner - on your road to success!

I'm sorry sweet but your comment in your journal about your neck fat has just made me spit my tea across the room! I didn't think anyone but me called it that! I tell you what team mate, I'll share some of my weight loss with you?? I've lost too much too quickly as it is! I know you can do this and we are all 100% behind you this, afterall, we are all in the same boat!
