Diet followed 100%, hiked-walked-jogged-ran for 45 minutes, iced, resistance trained, stretched, iced the knee, followed by 8 hours of sleep yielding a drop of 2 el-bees. Heck ya. The motivated and dedicated can't be stopped! Hoorah!
195.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Ya ya ya... did great until sunday afternoon! My buddy invited me over for a bbq where I had a little too much beer and rum on top of the links, steak, oysters, and chicharrones! Hahaha. But I did great until that coming to a new recent low of 193. The 3 I gained over night, no doubt just water, should quickly be lost when I go trail running after work today :)
