I feel like I've been crazy busy this past week! So busy, that I forgot to check in here!
I've been trying all sorts of group exercise classes at the gym...including Flexi-Bar. (What a weird little thing...and *way* harder than it looks!)
I've also learned that I can leg press my entire body weight!
Even though the long weekend is coming up, I have to work right up until Sunday. *boo* And I've been told that I'm being taken on a tour of the Steam Whistle Brewery on Monday. Should be interesting...
