I am a scale hopper. I just need to know if I lost anymore weight. I started the Atkins program 2 weeks ago, my starting weight was 202. My normal weigh in day is Friday-I just had to know, could'nt wait. Weighed in this morning I now weigh 189. I'll be honest I'm a little disappointed I thought I lost more than a pound since Friday. Oh well, any loss is a plus!

A pound since Friday is fantastic! Trust what you are doing is right even if it doesn't show up on the scale right away. Good luck with your aqua therapy - working out with the resistance of water is great exercise!

Today I start my aqua therapy, I am looking forward to it. I have'nt tried the new bathing suit that I bought on. Gee, I hope it fits...
Last night was my first night on the challenge. This is a very difficult challenge for me, I always get up in the middle of the night and hit the fridge. I did real good, I ate nothing after 7 pm, I'm also trying to increase my water intake. So far so good.

Everyone-thank you for your words of encouragement! I'm trying. My start weight is 202, I am now 189. I am on the Atkins program, I love it. I'm in the induction phase. I want you to know you all inspire me.
