Okay, it seems that I am not going to be able to get to my goal! I just can't seem to lose weight. I am working out hard and ilfting weights, but the scale is not budging. I'm not pigging out everyday. I keep it clean during the week and sometimes eat out on the weekend. I have stopped the stove popped with only salt popcorn treat for desert. I have been eating no sugar added applesauce. I really want to stop worrying about it so much. I really want to stop weighing in because it upsets me a it. But since I've been doing this for 5 YEARS now, I will continue!
177.2 lb Lost so far: 42.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

Weight loss is a continual struggle and I know I will be watching what I eat for the rest of my life. I just want you to know you look amazing in your picture and the scale doesn't tell the whole story. I'm not sure what the answer is for you. But don't give up. Keep plugging away. Play with calories, higher protein, higher fiber, etc. Something will get the scale moving again.

Thank you Thynes and Suzi161! I know some may look at my picture and ask me why I am complaining, but I know that I have gained 12 pounds. And I know that the new skirts I bought in October to celebrate my weight loss are now TIGHT!!!! I will continue to try to make good choices and work out consistently. Thank you all for your support!
