Was very happy when I weighed in today. Down another two lbs. My husband told me that he has noticed it on my face. I can't wait for the day when it is noticible on my body!

185.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb. Still to go: 31.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 3.5 lb a week

How lovely is it when people notice!!! Well done you. Your husband who sees you every day will not notice as much either .... wait till you see friends you have not seen for a while. Good luck.
