So I've been away for a while and the holidays were terrible... I have been swamped with work and school so it was with great terror in my heart that I stepped on the scale this morning. I have to say I'm relieved because I certainly felt like I had gained a lot more over the large number of months I have been gone. I'm starting back on the weight loss train again. I lost a lot earlier in the program and was really happy, but now I've become comfortable with my new weight and have lost that feeling of excitement. I never did quite reach my goal and I think I may revise my final target. Either way, I'm excited to work on losing again and will be posting on a regular basis again.
It's good to be back!
225.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.3 lb a week

Welcome back!! It is scary to step back on the scale when you know you haven't done well, but at least you can say that it wasn't as bad as you had thought. With the positive attitude that you have, I bet you'll reach your goal in no time. Best of Luck!!

Welcome back! You know you did a great job the first time around and you will continue to do so! We all had off times and most of us are back now...you can do this!

Why'd you come back?!?! Oh, how I kid!!! ;o) I'd like to add my voice to the "Welcome Back" chorus! The holidays are rough for everyone. If you did it once, you can certainly do it again. Good luck, and you can do it!
