It's a hard time of year to lose weight. If you can get through November and December just maintaining or a minimal gain you are doing great. I think the average person gains 8-12 pounds during the holidays!

Getting tighter on calories would only make your body panic and hang on to fat more :/ In my FB group, people keep posting along the line of 'once I started upping my fats/calories to my TDEE, it broke my stall and I'm losing again!' (we're doing super low carb, moderate protein, high fat). Good luck to you!

Hey Ann! Thanks I thought that too as well. I actually just started being more careful to count my calories and not let loose and eat snacks. I also upped my cardio and it seemed to work. I ended up dropping now a total of 9 lbs in 6 weeks of my program.

Good job! What apparently matters more is WHAT KIND of calories. If we eat plenty of good fats in our meal, our body will usually be satisfied and we won't crave those snacks :)

Yeah exactly I usually eat pretty well. Its when I work too much and while cooking dinner I start to eat some cheese lol
