AAAAAND the weight just keeps going UP <angry face!>. I've really been thrown off my groove with this move, got to establish some routine & get back into my exercise habits. I've really fallen off the exercise wagon, and that's just not ME! And of course, this is the WORST time of year to diet, when people are bringing things like rum cake to work (gotta admit, it was really good, and I may actually be feeling the rum right now, LOL! I'm such a lightweight!). Oh well...in an attempt to not be quite so upset about the weight, I put on a festive blouse, a red sweater and a little extra jewelry. Tonight I'll do a bit of shopping, but won't count that as exercise, oh no. It's the elliptical for me tonight, after a reasonable dinner. Tomorrow we help the 21-yr-old move into her new apartment, oh what fun that will be /sarc!
146.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
