PROFANITY! <--- Replace this with your worse curse word

Yep. That's how I feel. The scale wants to punish me with a higher number despite making the necessary dietary changes.

No alcohol, less than 20 grams of carbs, sub 800 calories, over 64 oz of water.

I will not quit. 18 days to the new year.

Where is this magical whooosh? I should just just stop typing right now and head over to Dunk's and get 2 glazed donuts and wash it down with chocolate milk and throw in the towel. Frigging homeostasis!

What's the point?

I'll be back. Heading to the cooler to fill up the bottle with 22 oz of "please help me, I am so close" water

I need some sun, a hug, a kick or pinch on the but. I dunno.

"BIG HUG" don't go to get the doughnut!!! you can do this don't give in!! you need to take a step back and look at how far you have come... you have told me several times that its only temporary and it will go down.. it will come ..it will. drink water , take a deep breath and keep going. you can do this I have faith in you ♥♥♥

DO NOT GO TO DUNK´S! Be brave! And give yourself more calories, you shouldn´t loose weight beeing hungry all the time...*hug* :-*

HAHAHAAH @8Patty, my man menses are aligned with the wife's. HAHAHAHA. @newnbetter, it will thx. @cherik1. thx, a pinch with the hug could help, Shhh, don't tell the Mrs. @Viviace, I wasn't starving, rather quite full after the eggs and pepperoni cooked in bacon grease for dinner. I just gave in a little to the sugar craving and had the cookie.

Getting the donut would definitely push you the wrong way and you'd just feel bad afterward. You've got this, sometimes it takes a while for those changes to register with your body. I bet you see a big drop soon.

I know, it's so frustrating at times - my scale is moving in the wrong direction too. <angry face!> Sometimes you have to focus on something other than the scale, like the fact that you ARE sticking with the plan. Right now my plan is to track every freakin' day (which is clearly NOT causing weight loss), and then after Christmas I can go back and do some analysis on the diet and calorie counts. Yeah, get ready for the obligatory New Year's weight loss resolution, LOL!

Thanks mars2kids, JJK_300, Taurielfan, OrbityGoZoom, John10251, JMA312 and Tjham51. I had pleasing salad for lunch and I am quite full. If I play my cards right, get home have a cup of hot herbal tea and eat a 1 TBS of cocnut oil with a sprinkle of himalayan salt for dinner, I could end the day with the following: 1030 total calories - 68% Fat(78.3 G) / 26% protein(68.34 G) / Net Carbs 6%(10.0 G) - I really appreciate the love and support. Just when you think nothing is working, I walk in to the kitchen and this consultant who comes in 2 a month mentions "Dude, you really lost a lot of weight" I thanked him and I am even more motivated now to stay the course. Thanks Team FS.

You do realize the scale doesn't know the different between fat and muscle and a couple extra bottles of water in your system. Two extra 22 oz bottles of waters would be over 2 extra lbs on the scale
