Blew the diet over the weekend =( On Friday I had weighed myself and I had lost 5lbs. I opted not to journal it since 5lbs comes and goes. This morning I had lost 1lb. That's not bad considering I spent the weekend with my folks. Dad's Bday(Saturday) Mother's day (Sunday). Losing 1lb after the bday cake, salty pizza, and grilled cheese, thats not too bad.
318.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 158.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I blew my diet too =( I had my sons birthday party saturday (cake, sloppy joes, chips, and potato salad), and of course mothers day, which I actually did really well during, until I opted to finish off the last of the birthday cake. I was down three pounds on friday, which I also opted not to record, but only down one pound today. I guess this is the part where we pick ourselves up off the weekend and carry on. Hopefully next week when we weigh is we will be down the weight we had lost on friday and then some! Keep your chin up and best of luck!!
