I ate poorly yesterday. I was shooting for eating "Reasonably Well" but that late night fist full of pecans took me over goal for the day. I hit all activity goals...
155.3 lb Lost so far: 29.7 lb.    Still to go: 0.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
