Went to my parents this weekend for the whole weekend and managed to eat loads of vegetables and drink a bottle of wine. So I was quite lucky to lose 1 lb. I am off on my holidays this weekend and the plan is to eat what I want and exercise everyday at the gym. Fingers crossed I lose something this holiday.
