Accountability post day 5. This is day 5 of my open-ended soft dry fast.
I had my regular dental cleaning yesterday & when my hygienist asked if I was taking any current meds OF COURSE I SAID NO & I told her about the #SnakeDiet!!! One of my Dentists also wants to know more so I told her too.
Anyone who wants to get rid of fat or heal any kind of health issues, challenges etc can fast, it is possible.

Still to go: 35.1 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
