Ok, so on Monday I weighed in and my heart sunk. After changing my eating habits, drinking the water and exercising, I hadn't lost any weight! As I was boo-hooing to my friend, she mentioned that I would see inches first. So, when I got up today and got dressed for work, I slid on a pair of pants that have always been a little snug. I scared the crap out of my kids as I jumped around showing them that my pants are now a little loose! Yippeeeeeeeeeeeee! It's working!
