Another 1/2 lb, yay! 2 lbs to go - yeah it would be great to lose 2 lbs in a week, but losing 1/4 lb at a time is fine. As most of you already know, this site was down for most of yesterday, which made tracking my eating difficult. Difficult, but not impossible; I just wrote it down in a little notebook I keep in my purse & logged it later. No excuses. This is day 4 of my tracking pledge, also Dec. 1st, which means avoiding junk food will get that much harder. Yesterday my co-worker literally pushed some Danish butter cookies on me. I admit I was hungry & sadly the apple I brought from home was no good, so I ended up eating them. Next time I'll just smile and say "thank you," and then toss them in the trash when she's not looking. I'll give myself bonus points for doing so, LOL!
144.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I track my food on here, too. I'm doing a calorie diet, so I rely on it. If this site is down,I use a back-up site. It's not always exactly the same brand, but it's the same calories--or extremely close. I have a new rule--I don't buy any food out (don't take money with me to work, so I can't) and I only eat what I bring. I portion it out the night before. So far, so good. It's the only way I can do it. Today a co-worker bought her lunch and it smelled so good. She made the comment about clogged arteries because it was all fried food and I just kept thinking how many calories were in that. LOL.
