Ate no junk. Stuck with what I was supposed to eat and even with going over in calories by eating a few walnuts, still dropped a pound. I did stop eating at 6 pm though, and I know that makes a difference. Have a hard time doing that when my husband has snacks around, but I had to work last night so I wasn't tempted!!
