Your current weight and your waist size definitely don't go together. My daughter weighs about 10 lbs more than you and her waist is tiny. Have you talked to your doctor? I'd be investigating what was causing such an incongruency. Best of luck.

What about other parts of your body then they must be getting very small?

i did lose tons of inches-about 20+ overall from the starting point I'm just still large-& i still have loads of fat therenothing is tiny- hips & top are around 40. Maybe because i had so much excess body fat. I can't compareme to someone's daughter, as i aready am 56 & everyone's body is different & I'm sure bodies change as we age. But i need to either start weight trainning or somethin g to lose this- un;less it will be the lastfat to flush ???

Don't get disheartened. Keep in mind how long you had the weight on, that you lost it quickly, how tall you are, how your body frame is, etc. It might just take more time, diet, and strengthening exercises. I don't know if you've tried Pilates or Yoga, but they're a great low impact, yet good cardio and strengthening workout. Pilates really focuses on building your core stomach muscles. And you can buy a DVD or VHS and do them at home.

thanks , i appreciate the positive ideas. honestly, when i evaluate my body- i still have alot of flab around te middle- it's gone down considerably but still a bunch of inches right there. so that's probably the issue- this ffp hasn't worked its magic yet on this fat layer that's closest to my bones- & you're probably right, i likely had this flab on the longest time as i can carry it due to my height- so it was first on & will be last out i guess. i am sticking with this plan. I haven't gone to any regular doctor because i am still seeing orthopedic mds & surgeons from a car accident last year- so i can't stand the idea of one more med exam.
