Staying under 20 carbs and trying not to eat after 7pm seems to be working 🤗 I added some hemp seed 3 tablespoons is only 1 carb added some skippy low sugar peanut butter with a little melted lillies chocolate yum it's got the healthy fats to make you feel full plus it's almost like fudge 😀🙌👍
149.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
