Yea! I did my official weigh in and lost another pound. So this is 3 lbs in 3 weeks following abs. I went shopping yesterday and got a cute Daisy Fuentes pencil skirt in a size 8! Ok, I think it is cut a little big, but it's cute and was on clearance and it felt good anyway! I am feeling much more tone with working out and am noticing the difference even though the difference on the scale or on how some of my clothes fit isn't huge. I have a busy week ahead, but am committed work out hard and stick with it. I plan to go to a "boot camp" class on Tuesday that I have heard is really hard...just to shake things up a little and continue to challenge myself.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's great! It's good to shake things up a bit, and remember that if you lose 1 pound a week, it might seem slow, but that adds up to 52 pounds a year!

That's great work - and buying new, smaller clothes makes all the hard work worth it, doesn't it? Have a great week - and good luck with that scary-sounding class tomorrow!! :)

Thanks for the encouragement ladies! It looks like I will have to get groceries tomorrow instead of the class. I'd much rather exercise! Oh well. You gotta do what you gotta do. I had a good workout today- doing lots of weights and then did 3 sets of 6 sprints across the gym and 4 times walking. That got me out of breath more than the elliptical. I think it's good to vary the routine for better results.
