went out last night for the first time in a long time and caved in.. had some chip and dip and some sugary drinks and i think i had just had breakfast.. and today i only had lunch and acutally lost a pound.. i'm upset that i caved in but i'm extremely happy that i didnt gain... got back on track today though and need to eat my three meals a day.. does anybody have any breakfast idea cause i am really getting tired of eggs.
199.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Did you try those flax muffins someone posted? They have eggs in them but they taste like muffins. Also, try out a protein shake, there are low carb recipes all over the place. There are some ideas on a recent forum post too.
