Stayed the same. Thanksgiving is coming and I would like to loose a few pounds prior, however, there are upcoming eating engagements. Stay tuned.

217.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
